At Bean Effect Coffee, we aim for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely pleased, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Consumable products (coffee) must be unopened with original factory seals and labels intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will address the issue promptly.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES
To ensure you get what you want, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
